Motivation is my speciality. Before becoming a personal trainer I studied and taught at University level the principles of motivation and personal development. As a PT I have taken this theory out of the lecture hall and to my clients and I’ve helped my clients to go from never having exercised in their adult lives, to loving the feeling of being fit, losing their beer-bellies (the guys – mostly), dropping dress sizes (the girls – mostly) and eating healthily (everyone!).
