KETTLE BELL WORKOUT 6 (Chest Workout)

Tri-Set

15 reps 2KB supine (lying on your back) chest press
15 reps 1KB supine pull over
15 reps 2KB supine flies

Notes

Perform as a Tri-Set (one exercise after the other then rest for 1-2 minutes after all three exercises have been completed before staring the next set).

Perform 3 sets of the 3 exercises.

Rep 15 should be failure or almost failure. If you can do 20 reps then the weight is too light. If you can only do 5 reps then the weight is too heavy.

You may need different weight kettlebells for each exercise.
